Sacrifice
Definition of the word sacrifice: the sacrifice is a victim, a name for what is slaughtered from camels, cows, and sheep on the day of slaughter, and the days of Tashreeq come close to Allah Almighty.
legitimacy: And Allah has enacted the sacrifice by saying, Glory be to Him: We have given you al-Kawthar, separate your Lord and commit suicide.
And his saying: And the body made it good for you from Allah’s rituals for you. The verse in Surat Al-Hajj (36) and sacrifice here is the slaughter of the udhiyah. Abu Hanifa believes that it is obligatory for left-wingers who have a quorum of residents. Who are you from?
And it is only from camels, cows, and sheep, and it is not sufficient for any of these three. Allah Almighty says in Surah Al-Hajj Verse 34
Let them mention Allah's name for the livelihood of cattle
And it is sufficient for a sheep half of a year, and for a goat his money is one year, and from a cow his money is two years, and from a camel his money is five years, equal to that of a male and a female.
Ahmad and al-Tirmidhi narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: The sacrifice of the trumpet was blessed by the sheep. Ahmad (3/445), and Al-Tirmidhi (1499) 0
And the meaning of the trunk: meaning his money six months at the time of Hanifa. And his wealth is Sunnah in the Shafi’ah. May Allah Almighty have mercy on them
Uqba bin Amer said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, I was struck by a trunk. He said: Sacrifice it. Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim. Al-Bukhari (5547) and Muslim (15/1965/16)
Muslim narrated on the authority of Jaber bin Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Do not sacrifice anything but an elderly one, and if it becomes difficult for you to do so, then go for a trumpet of sheep. Ahmed (3/222), Abu Dawud (2797), An-Nasa’i (7/218), and Ibn Majah ( 3141) 0
The elderly woman is five years of camels, two years of cows, and one year of goats is money, and one or six months of sheep is money, in contrast to the aforementioned difference from the imams. The elderly is called a fold .0
The sacrifice of eunuchs
There is no harm in sacrificing eunuchs, Ahmad narrated on the authority of Abu Nafi, who said: The Messenger of Allah,s peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, sacrificed: with two rams of salt, two eunuchs. And because its meat is better and tasty. 0

{Slaughter time}

Abu Burda, may Allah be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, engaged us on the Day of Sacrifice. An-Nisaa (7/222) and Ibn Hibban (1053) 0
And the two sheikhs narrated, on the authority of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: Whoever was slaughtered before the prayer, then he was slaughtered for himself. Al-Bukhari (5546 and 5561) and Muslim (10/1962)
(One sacrifice is sufficient for one house)
If a person sacrifices a sheep from a sheep or goat, it is sufficient for him and for the people of his house, for the man was one of the companions - may Allah be pleased with them - he sacrifices the sheep for himself and his household. It is a sufficient year, according to Ibn Majah, and al-Tirmidhi narrated and authenticated it, that Abu Ayyub, may Allah be pleased with him, said: The man was in the era of the Messenger of Allah, sacrificing the sheep for him and his household, so they ate and fed, until people boast, so you see. Permission to participate in the sacrifice
It is permissible to participate in the sacrifice if it is a camel or a cow, and the cow or camel is divided among seven people, if they are aiming at the sacrifice and drawing closer to Allah, on the authority of Jaber, he said: We sacrifice ourselves with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, with the tuberculous body of seven, and the cow for seven. Narrated by Muslim, Abu Dawood, and Tirmidhi

Distribution of sacrificial meat
It is permissible for a victim to eat from his sacrifice, to guide relatives, and to give charity to the poor, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: Eat, feed, and save. Al-Bukhari (5567) and Muslim (1972) 0
The scholars said: It is better for a third to eat, to give charity to a third, and to save a third, and it may be transferred even to another country, and it is not permissible to sell and sell its skin. According to Abu Hanifa, it is permissible to sell her skin and give charity for his price, and to buy in kind what is beneficial for him at home.
The victim sacrifices himself.
is permissible for someone who improves the sacrifice to sacrifice in his hand, and he says: In the name of Allah and Allah is great, this is Allah for so and so - he calls himself - because the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, slaughtered a ram, and said: In the name of Allah and Allah is great, Allah is this for me, and for those who did not sacrifice my nation. Narrated by Abu Dawood and Tirmidhi
